These processing activities do not require marketing consent, as they are necessary to follow up on a user's request.

If, however, the data are used to send promotional communications, newsletters, personalised offers or marketing automation activities, Eurotarget will request specific consent.

The chatbot and contact tools may also be managed through SALESmanago, which may be used for contact features, lead management, marketing automation, segmentation and measurement, according to the configuration adopted.

Also subject to consent, Eurotarget may analyse user preferences and interactions — such as vehicles viewed, forms completed, clicks, email opens or pages visited — to offer more relevant content and offers.

Eurotarget does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the user.

Users may withdraw their consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in communications, by updating their cookie preferences, or by writing to Eurotarget.
