Imagine the scene: you signed the purchase proposal for your next car and are waiting for it to arrive. Then the phone rings: it is the Euro Target salesman who warns that the car has arrived and can be viewed. And from this moment to delivery, what happens? We take care of your car ! Here because.
The moment your next car arrives at our dealership, the Euro Target sales consultant who has followed you throughout the purchase process calls you to let you know of its arrival and make an appointment to view the vehicle that has just arrived together.
On the occasion of the fixed appointment it is possible to see all the parts of the car just purchased to check that it complies with what is required. And it is on that date that, if the car complies with what was expected, it is necessary to pay the amount due for the purchase of the car, as agreed at the time of purchase.
From the moment we receive the balance of the car, whether it is new or used, we take care of it for a few days, to proceed with the paperwork and checks in the workshop to guarantee a high quality product.
The paperwork
In the days following the vision and the balance of the car, the practice passes into the hands of the Euro Target administration which proceeds to start the procedures to be able to deliver the car to you.
It takes from 3 to 10 days which vary depending on whether it is transfer of ownership, registrations or re-registrations.
During this time, however, your car is in good hands, ready to be checked, washed and polished.
Controls in the workshop
At the same time as the bureaucracy starts, the checks are carried out in the workshop. While the administration takes care of the documents, the workshop takes care of the car.
It is Marcello Meletti, David Masini, Mauro Casetto and Alessio Guernelli who check the car in all its parts, to make sure that the vehicle, whether new or used, guarantees safe and unforeseen journeys.
Once your car has been checked and verified for proper functioning, it is passed to our Delivery and Preparation Flow department, represented by Patrick Pola (pictured) who takes care of the car until the day of delivery. Patrick takes care of all the details, finishes, washing and polishing of your car to be able to deliver the car in perfect condition.
When everything is ready, delivery is organized for the day and time most convenient for you, so that we can reserve some time to show you all the components of the car and the technology on board, but above all we are waiting for you smiling to take a beautiful photo in memory of this special moment.
